What happens if my item is overdue?

Students, staff and community members will be asked to provide contact information when creating their library card. Library staff will use this contact information to send reminders of upcoming due dates, and let patrons know of any items that are overdue.
Automatic reminders will be sent out via email each week an item is overdue. Upon the fourth notice, the users library card will be blocked and it may not be used until any overdue items are returned. Students will be unable to apply for graduation if they have outstanding library materials. Patrons will be charged $50 for any materials lost or not returned.
